Если подвести курсор мышки к кнопке Пуск (Start) при активированном ClassicShell, то появится всплывающая подсказка.
Чтобы ее отключить, достаточно стереть текст подсказки в поле Settings -> Start Button -> Button tooltip
Вообще для подсказок можно использовать переменные окружения:
Optionally: You can set a custom tooltip for the button! See the «Button tooltip» setting on the «Start Button tab». You can also set it to an environment variable like %computername% or %username%.
